With over 15 years of experience in real estate, Aaron Rowlett specializes in market research, project management, and economic development. Prior to starting Placemint, Aaron has played a key role in over 400 real estate transactions and has been involved in $30 million in commercial real estate development. His strong analytical foundation and deep industry knowledge allow him to navigate real estate planning, acquisitions, underwriting, and market trends with precision.

Aaron has extensive experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and public-private partnerships, conducting market research, site evaluations, and financial modeling to assess deal feasibility and investment risk. He has worked closely with city officials, lenders, and community organizations to develop strategies that balance financial performance with long-term community impact.

Aaron holds a BA in Communication from Rutgers University - New Brunswick as well as an MS in Real Estate Development from the College of Architecture and the Built Environment at Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Aaron has held leadership roles in various community organizations including the Urban Land Institute Small Leader Council and served as a commissioner Willingboro Township Economic Development committee.

With a focus on underwriting mixed-use acquisitions and redevelopment projects, Aaron combines financial rigor with a community-centered perspective. He brings experience in due diligence, structuring clear and actionable investment memoranda, and guiding decision-making that balances risk with long-term impact. His background negotiating with brokers, buyers, and tenants has strengthened his ability to identify value-add opportunities that not only create financial returns but also expand housing access and support inclusive community development.
